This 2006 Broadmoore Estates San Francisco Bay Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of plum, blackberry and caramel, with hints of toast and freshly shaved wood. The wine has a medium-weight mouth-feel with appreciable acidity and integrated tannin. The finish is medium to long with a pleasing aftertaste. Enjoy this wine with pasta and Alfredo sauce, medium sharp cheddar or a grilled sausage sandwich.
